儲(chǔ) 存液	0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件	Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

API5 expression is often upregulated in tumor cells, particularly in metastatic cells. It is a critical determinant of E2F1-induced apoptosis, acting downstream of E2F to suppress E2F-dependent apoptosis without generally blocking E2F-dependent transcription. Alternate Names: AAC 11; AAC11; Antiapoptosis clone 11 protein; API 5; API5; API5 like 1; API5L1; Cell migration inducing gene 8 protein; Fibroblast growth factor 2 interacting factor 2; FIF; MIG 8; MIG8; Migration inducing protein MIG8; Protein XAGL. Function: Antiapoptotic factor that may have a role in protein assembly. Negatively regulates ACIN1. By binding to ACIN1, it suppresses ACIN1 cleavage from CASP3 and ACIN1-mediated DNA fragmentation. Also known to efficiently suppress E2F1-induced apoptosis. Its depletion enhances the cytotoxic action of the chemotherapeutic drugs. Subunit: Monomer. Interacts with FGF2 and ACIN1.
